How to cancel your order
Once your order has placed, it can be processed immediately, we will endeavour to meet your request but it may not be possible to cancel your order.
How long will my order take?
Delivery times will vary depending on which products you have purchased. On average we aim to dispatch your order the following working day from your order. Postal times will vary, but on average it takes 4 working days for your order to arrive, however if it is later than this, it may be delayed in the post. With this in mind, please allow 10 working days before contacting us with regards to your order.
UK Deliveries
Normally a parcel arrives within 4 days. In a rare occurrence it can take longer if the weather has been bad or other circumstances with the post office, so we ask customers to allow up to 30 days for a parcel to arrive before making a claim.
International Deliveries
Normally a parcel arrives within 9 to 10 days. In a rare occurrence it can take longer if the weather has been bad or other circumstances with the post office, or customs. So we ask customers to allow up to 30 days for a parcel to arrive before making a claim.
If an item is currently unavailable at our supplier we will endeavour to source this as quickly as possible and will update your order history with the latest information. If you place an order with titles with differing availability and want these dispatched together, the whole order will be held until all items are available. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is dispatched.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Please please allow 10 working days (Monday through Friday) before contacting us.

At present, we only deliver to addresses within the UK.

VAT
All prices include VAT at the current rate. Books are zero rated.
Payment
Payment is made with either Paypal or a Bank Transfer.
How can I get a refund for an item bought online?
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please see our returns and exchanges policy for more information. Certain items that can copied cannot be returned if the seal is broken, unless the item is faulty.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a 40% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s expense.
